Dear Parent/Carer,

The Ardeche Adventure 2027

We have extended the expression of interest period of the 2027 Ardeche Adventure trip. Please see below for full details.

We are planning a trip to Ardeche, France staying at Domaine de Segries (PGL) for a water sports trip in the summer of 2027. Activities will include: High Ropes, Canyoning, and a 2-day Kayak of the Ardeche river with an overnight camp under the stars.

Location: Domaine de Segries

Date: Saturday 17 July 2027 – Saturday 24 July 2027

Trip Type: Enrichment

Transport: Coach/Ferry

Cost: Estimated £1000 per pupil. This price reflects our best price of the trip for each participating pupil, reduced by any discounts we can obtain. Where your child has committed to go on a trip but cancels, for whatever reason, we cannot avoid paying for the pre-booked expenses, this is why we do not make refunds unless a replacement pupil can be found.

To include:

All coach transfers, ferry crossings, all meals with exception of day of travel and return journey (evening meal provided before departure), accommodation, all activities and excursions.

Please note: This trip is physically active and will develop pupils’ resilience in adventure settings. Due to the nature of some of these activities, pupils must be able to swim 10m and be confident in the water.

If this trip is of interest to you, please complete the reply slip by Thursday 24th September. If the trip is oversubscribed names will be drawn at random.

If your child is successful, we will contact you and a non-refundable deposit will be required by the end of September.
