We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation regarding our Aspens Canteen.

If your child is on Free School Meals they have a limit of £3.00 each day (if this is not used it does not roll over to the next day). If you would like your child to have more to spend we are happy to increase this limit and you can add the extra funds via your Arbor Account.

If your child is not on Free School Meals they have a limit of £6.50 each day. If you would like your child to have more or less than this as their limit we are happy to make that change for you.

Please email Finance@danebury.hispmat.org to make any changes to your child's daily limit. Thank you to those of you who have already done this, your's will stay as you have requested unless you get in touch.

We recommend that the students purchase the Meal Deal that is advertised in the canteen and can be found on our website (Parents, canteen Services, In this section -Canteen Menu) in the meal deal they can have either a meal/pasta pot/jacket potato or a sandwich/baguette and a dessert/traybake/cookie or a fruit jelly for £2.60 (and is covered by FSM). You can also find the price list for the Streateries on the website.

We also recommend that students bring in a drink which they can refill as this is more cost effective.

If your child doesn't have any or enough money on their account to purchase an item they can come to the Office for a slip for £2.60 which will allow them to get a meal deal. Parents will be informed by email that the account has gone overdrawn. If you can keep their accounts topped up so they don't run out, we we really do appreciate it.
