We hope you are well and enjoying college or your apprenticeship.

We would like to invite you to your Annual Presentation Evening on Thursday 27th November 2025 at 6:30pm in the main school hall for a 6.45pm start.

The formal part of the evening will involve the presentation of the GCSE certificates to all who attend with a number of special trophies and prizes being awarded to some pupils. This will be followed by an informal reception where there will be an opportunity to meet staff and catch up again with old friends. GCSE coursework from some subjects will also be available on the evening to be collected. We would ask you to be dressed appropriately for this formal occasion.

We would also like to extend a very warm welcome to your parents. We would be grateful if you could complete the form available on our website Danebury School Danebury School - Alumni to confirm whether or not you can attend as soon as possible and at the latest by Fri 10th November.

We very much look forward to seeing you on the evening. If you are unable to attend, however, you will be able to arrange collection of your certificates from our school office at a convenient time after the event. Please note that we are not able to post uncollected certificates due to their value. We will keep certificates in school for four years.
